Even here, He’s working

There’s something incredibly comforting about realizing that God is working—even here.

Even in the middle of a slow season.

Even in the waiting.

Even in the mess.

Even when we feel overlooked, worn out, or unsure of what’s next, God isn’t sitting idle. He’s present. He’s intentional. And He’s always moving, even when we can’t see it.

Sometimes, we get caught up in the big moments—mountaintop experiences, answered prayers, spiritual breakthroughs. And those are amazing. But the more I walk with God, the more I realize that His most powerful work often happens quietly, behind the scenes, when we’re just doing the next right thing with whatever faith we can muster.

It’s in those little steps—the ones no one sees—where growth takes root. The quiet morning prayers. The decision to forgive when it’s hard. The moment you turn off the noise and open your Bible. The deep breath before responding with grace instead of frustration. Those are the moments where God is shaping us.

Isaiah 43:19 says, “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”
I love that verse—not just because it promises something new, but because it reminds us that God is already doing it. We just have to look for it.

So wherever you find yourself today—on the mountaintop, in the valley, or somewhere in between—be encouraged: God is working. In you. Through you. Around you.

Maybe this is the season where He’s building your strength.

Maybe this is the moment where He’s preparing the next chapter.

Maybe this is the week you begin to see why the waiting mattered.

And maybe... just maybe... you’ll look back and say, “Even there, even then—He was with me.”

Keep going. You’re not alone. And God is not finished.
