About Me

I’m Jonathan Carter, a father, insurance agent, and advocate whose journey has been shaped by both trials and triumphs. After facing the challenges of homelessness, I found hope and renewed purpose through faith. This experience led me to write my first book, A Prodigal Journey, where I share my story in hopes of inspiring others to find light even in their darkest moments.

My children, Landon and Kylee, are my greatest source of motivation, reminding me of the importance of resilience and living with purpose. I live on a farm in Kentucky, which gives me the chance to slow down, reflect, and appreciate life’s simple joys. When I’m not working in the insurance industry, where I’ve built a fulfilling career helping others protect what matters most, I stay active in my community, volunteering with local non-profits and serving where I can.

Through my work, my writing, and my involvement in the community, I aim to connect with others, sharing hope and healing with those who need it most. My goal is to encourage people to keep going, no matter the struggles they face, because there’s always a way forward.
